Shipping Policy

At Real Persian Flag, we are committed to processing and delivering your order quickly, securely, and efficiently.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day, and often the same day when placed before our daily cutoff time. All orders are guaranteed to ship no later than two (2) business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-volume periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping label costs are fully covered by the company at checkout based on the selected shipping method. We strive to provide competitive and reliable shipping options for every order.

International Orders & Import Fees

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable import-related charges imposed by their local authorities. These may include:

• Customs duties

• Value-added tax (VAT)

• Import taxes

• Customs brokerage fees

• Other local government charges

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by the destination country.

Combined Shipments

When applicable, multiple orders placed by the same customer may be combined into a single shipment to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact. If separate shipments are required for logistical reasons, customers will be notified.

Transit, Insurance & Delivery

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and are outside of our direct control.

While we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damages incurred during transit, all shipments are sent with insurance coverage equal to or greater than the purchase price. In the rare event of loss or damage, we will assist customers in initiating a claim with the carrier to ensure proper resolution.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Real Persian Flag is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise communicated by company.

Returned items must comply with our Return Policy requirements and be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.

In cases involving partial damage or product defects, the Company may, at its sole discretion, elect to provide a full or partial refund proportionate to the value of the affected item rather than issuing a replacement product.
