Return Policy

At Real Persian Flag, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to review eligible return requests.

Return Window

We accept return requests initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns requested after 30 days from the order date are not eligible for refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, customers must contact us within the 30-day window. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be eligible for refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was:

  • Incorrect

  • Defective

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged in Transit

All orders are shipped with insurance coverage equal to or greater than the purchase price.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, the matter will be handled through the shipping carrier’s insurance claim process. Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • Any visible damage to the shipping box

We will assist in filing an insurance claim with the carrier. Resolution, reimbursement, or replacement is subject to the carrier’s investigation and approval.

Return labels are not issued for items damaged in transit, as these cases are processed directly through shipping insurance.

Defective or Incorrect Items (Non-Transit Related)

If you receive a product that is defective due to a manufacturing issue or you were sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

In such cases, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Issue a replacement, or

  • Provide a full or partial refund based on the assessed value and condition of the item

Return instructions will be provided if necessary. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

Shipping fees and return label costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to Company error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or altered products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Exchanges

Customers wishing to receive a different item may place a new order and return the original item in accordance with this policy.
